Tips :
The European Union (CPST) reminded companies that SVHC is a Substance of Very High Concern, meaning a Substance of High Concern because it poses a risk to people and the environment.According to The provisions of Article 7.2 of REACH regulation, when SVHC substances are present in the product and the content exceeds 0.1%, the ECHA will be notified or communicated within the supply chain.Within 6 months from this date, if the mass percentage concentration of a single SVHC in an article exceeds 0.1% and it has entered the EU in excess of 1 t/yr/company, the manufacturer or importer of the article must notify the ECHA.
CPST shares with you the latest industry information and standard updates to help you understand product standards, test methods, laws and regulations and mandatory requirements in detail.Let the product from the design stage to the mass production stage should be scientific safety assessment, to meet the requirements of the new regulations, to avoid export risks. Our team will provide you with professional consulting services, looking forward to your inquiry!
